This year I will be taking the Maryland Double Dare.  The Maryland Double is the running of the Frederick Marathon on May 4 and the Baltimore Marathon on October 11.  I am using this opportunity to raise money for the Religious Coalition for Emergency Human Needs In Frederick County and would appreciate your support.  This organization coordinates donations of time, talent, money, food and other resources to meet the urgent needs of people in Frederick County where I live and will race. I have done volunteer work for them in the past at a cold weather shelter and food bank and have seen the difference they can make in the lives of people in need in Frederick.
